ROADWAY ENHANCEMENTS • DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE
The Town of Paradise Valley is improving Mockingbird Lane and Invergordon Road with new storm drainage, road resurfacing, traffic calming, bike lanes, and ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps and driveways.
What should I expect?
During construction, residents may experience:

Scheduled water service interruptions with prior notice provided.

Lane restrictions, reduced travel speeds, and traffic control signage in active work zones.

Periodic construction equipment and activity in the corridor.

Traffic Update
Beginning Monday, October 26 through Monday, November 23,2026, the intersection of Invergordon Road and Mockingbird Lane will be fully closed while Achen-Gardner is installing critical storm drainage infrastructure. No traffic will be able to travel through the intersection. Drivers should plan ahead and use an alternate route. Detour signs and traffic control devices will be in place to guide drivers around the closure.

Traffic Update
Beginning Monday, October 5, through Monday, October 19, 2026, traffic on Invergordon Rd will be restricted between E Mockingbird Ln and E Horseshoe Rd. Traffic traveling north or south on Invergordon Rd should use the posted detour during this period.

Beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, through the end of November 2026, Invergordon Road will be limited to southbound traffic only between Horseshoe Road and Mockingbird Lane.
